Terms of Service
These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using the Higgs Audio speech systems, platforms, and developer tools. By running the code or accessing the Boson API endpoints, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Eligibility Criteria
To use the Higgs Audio model structures, you must be at least 13 years of age, or the legal age of consent in your jurisdiction. You must hold the authority to enter into binding agreements and comply with all applicable local rules.
2. Licensing and Code Distribution
The software weights are distributed under the Apache 2.0 License. Under this license format, you hold the right to:
- Compile, run, and distribute the code for personal and commercial projects.
- Contribute additions and modifications to the main open source repositories.
Please note that the distribution of these models may have restrictions in specific regional markets, including the European Union, the United Kingdom, and South Korea. Users in those areas must check regional directives.
3. Prohibited Vocal Replication
You agree not to use the voice cloning features to replicate the voice of any person without their explicit written consent. This includes public figures, private individuals, or copyrighted voice actors. Violation of this condition will result in immediate termination of API access.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to compile and use the system for lawful purposes. You must not use the generation system to synthesize hate speech, fraudulent messages, misleading audio representations, or content that infringes upon copyright ownership rules.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Higgs Audio and its developers are not responsible for direct or indirect losses, system crashes, memory overload conditions, or output accuracy issues during software compilation.
6. Modifications to the Terms
We may update these terms as our models adapt. Any adjustments will be published here, and your continued execution of the code represents acceptance of the updated terms.
