1. Nature of the Synthesis Service

Higgs Audio is a conversational speech model that synthesizes vocal audio from input text arrays. The software parses text strings and outputs synthesized voice files. Audio generation is based on trained neural network states. The Boson AI Team does not control or modify the dynamic inputs provided by users.

2. Accuracy and Representation

We make no representations or guarantees regarding the accuracy, emotional matching, or acoustic clarity of the synthesized voice outputs. The system processes inputs automatically, and variation in output characteristics can occur based on phrasing context and formatting.

3. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the text inputs they provide and the resulting audio files generated by the model. Higgs Audio holds no liability for inappropriate, offensive, or infringing speech synthesized using our models. Users must respect intellectual property rights and follow local regulation requirements when distributing generated audio.

4. Voice Cloning and Consent

When using the voice cloning features, the user confirms that they possess all legal authorizations and consents from the target speaker. Replicating the voice of an individual without explicit consent is strictly prohibited. Users agree to hold Higgs Audio harmless from any legal actions arising from unauthorized voice reproduction.

5. Output Labeling Policy

To maintain transparency in communication media, users should label synthesized audio outputs as synthetic speech when presenting them to third parties, especially in public or commercial contexts.

6. Limitation of Liability

Higgs Audio and its contributors are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or performance of the software. Users compile and execute the code at their own discretion.

7. Terms Agreement

By compiling the software or using the Boson API endpoints, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer.
